How to Make Hooter-ific Buffalo Wings

28 December 2009 One Comment

You may not be able to bring the entire Hooters experience to your tailgate party, but you can at least make your own buffalo wings.  This buffalo wings recipe is about as close as you can get to restaurant-style buffalo wings.

Of course, you’ll need to modify things a bit to meet your tailgating needs.  You could either prep and deep fry the wings in advance or simply go naked (my preference anyway).

You’ll find the ingredients are pretty easy to find – butter, Louisiana hot sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, and of course the celery and bleu cheese dressing to top it off.
